- Machine Operation: Setting up, operating, and troubleshooting shrink sleeve applicators, shrink tunnels, or seaming machines.
- Production Monitoring: Maintaining high-speed production, ensuring correct label placement, and fixing jams.
- Maintenance: Performing routine mechanical or electrical maintenance on the machines.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of PLC controls and mechanical components is often required.
- Requirements: Typically requires an ITI Certificate or Diploma in a technical field, along with 1-2 years of manufacturing experience
