We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our market presence and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify new sales opportunities and initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling.
- Consultative Selling: Clearly and effectively explain our product offerings to potential customers, highlighting value propositions and benefits.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and effectively manage the sales pipeline to close business deals.
- Sales Lifecycle: Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Performance Metrics: Take ownership of personal sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
- Engineering background is highly preferred, as our role involves technical product discussions. We are also open to applications from motivated freshers.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- High energy, resilience, and a competitive drive to succeed.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
