Role Summary
We are looking for a Sample Incharge to manage end-to-end sample development processes. The role involves coordinating with merchandising, design, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate sample delivery as per buyer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily sampling activities as per buyer requirements
- Coordinate with merchandising and design teams for sample development
- Ensure correct fabric, trims, and accessories are used for sampling
- Monitor sample stitching, fitting, and finishing quality
- Ensure samples meet buyer specifications (measurements, style, fit)
- Track sample timelines and ensure on-time submissions
- Maintain sample records, approvals, and comments from buyers
- Coordinate sample corrections and re-developments if required
- Communicate sample status updates to internal teams
- Ensure proper organization and maintenance of sample room
Pay: ₹25000 - ₹30000 per month
