Job Description:
- Execute manufacturing operations in injectable plant (compounding, filling, sterilization)
- Monitor process parameters and ensure product quality
- Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and operational logs
- Follow SOPs, GMP guidelines, and safety protocols
- Support QA/QC sampling, testing, and release activities
- Assist in equipment maintenance, validation, and calibration
- Maintain cleanroom hygiene and environmental monitoring
- Report anomalies and participate in corrective actions
Requirements:
- Understanding of parenteral/injectable manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with GMP documentation and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work in shifts and high-pressure environments
- Team player with good work ethic
