We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeping- Room Attendant to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.
- Perform daily tasks such as changing linens, restocking amenities, and making beds.
- Ensure all rooms meet company standards before check-in.
- Handle guest complaints and requests professionally.
Job Requirements
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required by the job.
