ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruppur for a Junior Fashion Designer. The Junior Fashion Designer will collaborate with senior designers and creative teams to conceptualize and develop new menswear collections across daily wear, occasion wear, couture-style garments, and groom wear categories.
The role involves researching fashion trends, developing design concepts, creating garment sketches, selecting fabrics and trims, working on embroidery and detailing ideas, and assisting in sample development. The candidate will also support fitting sessions, garment corrections, and production coordination to ensure high-quality execution and brand consistency across all collections.
The ideal candidate should possess strong creativity, attention to detail, a passion for menswear fashion, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced creative environment.
QUALIFICATION
- Any degree or diploma in Fashion Designing, Fashion Technology, Textiles, or a related field
- Fresher candidates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Fashion Design and Textiles
- Knowledge of embroidery techniques and garment detailing
- Understanding of fitting processes and garment construction
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Passion for menswear, styling, and fashion trends
- Good communication and presentation skills
SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Candidates should have basic knowledge of Adobe software, including:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- CLO 3D
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
