We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our Creative team.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, conceptually strong, and skilled across digital design, packaging, and marketing communication.
You will be responsible for shaping the brand’s visual presence across social media, packaging, performance marketing, and various brand assets.

Design high-quality creatives for social media, paid advertisements, email marketing, Amazon listings, and website assets

Develop and adapt packaging designs, labels, and artwork systems

Create brand collaterals such as brochures, presentations, event materials, and retail display assets

Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints

Prepare production-ready, digital-first design files

Contribute to campaign ideation and overall visual direction

Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to convert strategy into compelling visual communication

2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or Visual Communication

Preference for candidates from NID / NIFT undergraduate programs

Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand identity systems

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Experience creating Amazon assets such as product listings and A+ content

Strong attention to detail, organization, and file management

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Must have access to a personal laptop/work system capable of handling design software

Prior experience designing creatives for Amazon is mandatory

Comfortable working in an evolving, fast-paced D2C brand environment

Strong communication skills and ability to present design rationale clearly

Motion graphics experience (After Effects)
