² Responsible for attending all the incoming calls and transferring the call to appropriate department.
² Helping the patients to fill the OP Registration Form.
² Responsible for scheduling appointments.
² Coordinating with Emergency staff for Admission.
² Coordinating with Doctors regarding Admission/cancellation.
² Making IP file for patients.
² Arranging transport to wards.
² Getting discharge details from all wards.
² Protect patient rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical & personal information.
² Informing the room allocations to the respective wards.
² Fixing the appointments for surgery.
² Explain the surgery package to the patient or attender.
² Collecting IP Billing for credit more than Rs.5000.
² Explain the attenders regarding Discharge billings and collecting the payment.
² Helping patient to get discharge.
² Checking the availability of room for admission.
² Discharge to be get proper signature with MD or HOD.
² Proper handing over to each shift.
² To maintain the punctuality and dress code without fail.
² Communicate properly with the patient and doctor.
² Prior intimation should be given for leave.
² Should not leave from duty until the reliever has come.
² Maintain professional etiquette.
² Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Pay: ₹8,691.04 - ₹27,778.70 per month
