BHS Transport is a growing corporate employee transportation company providing safe, reliable,GPS-enabled transportation solutions to IT companies, BPOs, manufacturing units, hospitals,educational institutions, and multinational corporations across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula,Zirakpur, Derabassi, and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients requiring employee transportation services.
- Develop relationships with Administration Managers, Facility Managers, Procurement Heads,Operations Managers, and HR Leadership.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and direct visits.
- Conduct corporate presentations and service demonstrations.
- Submit proposals, quotations, and transport solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close transportation contracts.
- Get BHS Transport empanelled as an approved transport vendor.
- Track transport tenders and vendor registration opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers.
Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in corporate sales, facility management, transport, logistics, manpower, staffing, or related sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
- Own vehicle preferred.
- Existing corporate network is an advantage.
