This is an office-based role where you'll work closely with our Business Development Executives (BDEs) to plan, coordinate, and execute campus engagement campaigns. If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy collaborating with teams to drive admissions, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate campus outreach campaigns in collaboration with the Business Development Executive (BDE) team.
- Work with BDEs to identify target colleges, schedule visits, and execute campaign strategies as a team.
- Develop and implement creative student engagement initiatives to maximize campus participation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign materials and resources are available before every college visit.
- Track campaign performance, maintain lead data, and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with the Admissions team by sharing qualified leads generated through campus campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign activities, college interactions, and student inquiries.
- Support the team in achieving monthly admission and campaign targets.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in Educational Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Campaign Coordination, or Campus Outreach is preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
