Company Description LIZ PAUL is a couture label and operates from three flagship stores in New Delhi—Shahpur Jat, Ambawatta One-Mehrauli, and 100 Ft Road, Chattarpur—and retails through premium multi-designer luxury stores across India, Canada, USA, UK, and UAE. LIZ PAUL is committed to preserving Indian craft and heritage by working with authentic fabrics such as Banarasi silk, Kimkhab, Tussar Banarasi, and Monga silk, and using traditional embellishment techniques including applique, patchwork, mirror embroidery, zardozi, and thread work. Each ensemble is handcrafted by skilled artisans from across the country, blending contemporary design with rich Indian craftsmanship to create distinctive, high-end couture pieces.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role based in South Delhi. The Fashion Consultant will work closely with clients in the flagship stores to understand their style preferences, occasions, and requirements, and provide personalized styling and product recommendations from the LIZ PAUL collections. Responsibilities include guiding clients through fabric, fit, and embellishment choices, coordinating complete looks, and ensuring an elevated in-store experience that reflects the brand’s couture positioning. The role also involves maintaining strong product knowledge, supporting sales targets, assisting with visual merchandising, and collaborating with the design and store teams to communicate client feedback and trends. The Fashion Consultant is expected to uphold the brand’s values of craftsmanship, heritage, and customer-centric service in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Knowledge and understanding of fabrics, silhouettes, embellishments, and couture finishes.
- Proven Fashion Consulting and styling abilities, with experience advising clients on occasion wear and personalized looks.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clientele and build long-term relationships.
- Customer Service and client experience focus, with the ability to provide attentive, discreet, and professional support.
- Sales skills, including consultative selling, upselling, and contributing to store revenue goals.
- Prior experience in luxury fashion retail, couture, or designer boutiques is highly preferred.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, trend awareness, and appreciation for Indian textiles and traditional craftsmanship.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, including weekends and peak festive/wedding seasons as needed.
- Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Styling, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is an advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹78,500.00 per month
