Job Title: Chinese Commis I / Commis II
Salary - 14,000 - 20,000 per month
Location- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Chinese and Pan Asian dishes as per standard recipes.
- Complete daily mise en place and maintain food quality.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, FIFO, and FEFO standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and workstation.
- Assist in stock handling and minimize food wastage.
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during operations.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in a Chinese kitchen.
- Knowledge of wok cooking, sauces, and basic Chinese cuisine.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
