In-Hand Salary: ₹19,000 per month
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA
- Undergraduate candidates with a 3-Year Diploma are also eligible
- Excellent English written communication skills are mandatory
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
