Position Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to promote and sell residential/commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, building client relationships, and guiding customers through the property buying process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, calls, and marketing activities.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Negotiate prices and finalize sales agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams during transactions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Good knowledge of the local property market.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
