We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telesales Intern to support our business development team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, introducing digital marketing services, and generating qualified leads. Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to potential clients for orders queries, order status
* Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
* Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
* Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and messages
* Assist in achieving daily and weekly calling targets (daily 100 - 150 Calls)
* Handle basic client queries in a professional manner
* Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Good communication skills in English and Hindi
* Confident speaking and convincing ability
* Basic understanding or interest in digital marketing
* Familiarity with MS Excel and CRM tools is a plus
Eligibility Criteria:
* Any graduate / pursuing graduation
* Freshers are welcome
* Prior telesales or customer interaction experience is an advantage
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
