Role Overview
The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office, supporting management, coordinating administrative processes, and maintaining compliance-ready documentation. This role is critical in enabling efficiency, transparency, and professionalism across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and documentation.
- Draft and review letters, memos, and official communication.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for management.
- Office Operations
- Oversee office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and facilities.
- Support HR and Finance teams with documentation and record-keeping.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain audit-ready records of contracts, invoices, and office expenses.
- Assist in preparing compliance declarations and statutory submissions.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company documents.
- Employee & Visitor Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and visitors.
- Support onboarding activities and induction programs.
- Facilitate smooth communication between departments.
- MIS & Reporting
- Prepare administrative reports, expense summaries, and dashboards.
- Track office budgets and highlight variances for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in office administration or coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of basic accounting, HR, and compliance processes preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
