About the role
We're hiring experienced SEO Specialists to own and grow the search rankings of our client portfolio — with a current focus on ranking competitive gaming websites. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who already knows SEO end to end and can drive results independently. We're not looking for beginners or people who need to be trained from scratch — we need specialists who can hit the ground running, take ownership of their websites, and deliver measurable ranking growth.

What you'll do
- Own the complete SEO lifecycle for a set of assigned websites — from audit to ranking growth
- Plan and execute on-page SEO: keyword research, content optimization, meta/title/schema, internal linking
- Handle technical SEO: site audits, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, site speed, structured data, fixing errors
- Build and manage off-page SEO: link-building strategy, outreach, authority building, competitor backlink analysis
- Drive rankings for competitive gaming websites, adapting strategy to a fast-moving, high-competition vertical
- Do in-depth keyword and competitor research and turn it into an actionable roadmap
- Track, measure, and report performance using GSC, GA4, and rank-tracking tools
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates and adjust strategy proactively
What we're looking for
- 3–4 years of proven, hands-on SEO experience (this is non-negotiable — please don't apply without it)
- Full-spectrum SEO knowledge — on-page, off-page, technical, content, and local SEO
- A track record of actually moving rankings and organic traffic (be ready to show examples/results)
- Strong command of tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs / SEMrush, Screaming Frog, rank trackers
- Ability to work independently and own your results — we give ownership, not micromanagement
- Comfortable with competitive niches; experience in gaming, betting, or other high-difficulty verticals is a strong plus
- Solid understanding of Google algorithm updates and white-hat best practices
- Sharp analytical mindset and clear reporting habits
