Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day purchasing activities and procurement operations.
- Generate and process Purchase Orders (PO).
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, negotiations, and deliveries.
- Compare prices, quality, and delivery schedules from different suppliers.
- Maintain proper records of purchases, invoices, and vendor details.
- Track pending orders and ensure timely material delivery.
- Coordinate with stores, production, accounts, and other departments regarding material requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory planning.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with vendors.
- Ensure purchased materials meet required quality standards.
- Prepare procurement reports and MIS as required.
- Follow company purchasing policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of purchase processes and vendor management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, ERP, and purchase software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
