Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Sell MFine's OPD and employee healthcare solutions to corporate clients.
- Meet HR Heads, CHROs, Admin Heads, and business leaders to understand healthcare benefit requirements.
- Conduct product presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams for successful onboarding and implementation.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales.
- Experience in Healthcare, Health Insurance, Employee Benefits, Corporate Wellness, InsurTech, HRTech, or SaaS sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience handling enterprise and mid-market accounts.
Pay: Up to ₹2,300,000.00 per year
