Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting potential customers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.
- Explain products/services and provide suitable solutions to customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update customer information.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer service and order execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales/business development preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Compensation
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
The selected candidate will have an opportunity to earn additional incentives based on sales performance and achievement of targets.
