Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent English communication is mandatory
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- Must and should Minimum 1 year experience in International voice process is mandatory
Shift Timing: Day Shift/ night shifts / US shift / rotational
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via voice/chat/email
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions
- Maintain good customer satisfaction
- Follow company guidelines and process
Note: Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹470,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
