We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive property sales, and achieve business targets. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, handling client relationships, generating leads, and ensuring successful deal closures. The role includes team management, sales planning, site visit coordination, and maintaining strong customer satisfaction. Candidates should possess excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and market knowledge skills. Prior experience in real estate sales and team handling is preferred. Ability to achieve monthly targets and develop effective sales strategies is essential.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
