Designation- US Healthcare Recruitment Trainee
Shift- US Shift 6:30PM to 3:30AM IST
5 Days working model - Saturday and Sunday off
Location – Indore
Roles & responsibilities:
- Understand client hiring requirements
- Source candidates through job portals and professional networks
- Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Coordinate interview scheduling with clients
- Maintain candidate records and follow-ups
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong English communication skills
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Open to freshers and entry-level candidates
