Job Description – Sales Executive | 2 Bigha
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to connect with property sellers and landowners, onboard their properties onto the 2 Bigha platform, explain the benefits of our subscription plans, and convert leads into paid subscribers through outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to property sellers and landowners.
- Encourage property owners to list their properties on the 2 Bigha platform.
- Explain and promote 2 Bigha subscription plans and their benefits.
- Convert leads into paid subscriptions.
- Follow up with interested customers to maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, listings, and sales in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly listing and sales targets.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or B2C/B2B Sales.
- Experience in selling subscription-based services, classifieds, digital products, or real estate projects will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset may also be considered.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.

Note: This is an inside sales role. The Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting property sellers and landowners to onboard property listings and sell 2 Bigha subscription plans over phone calls. No field sales or property visits are required.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
