We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in recruitment and HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Post job openings and support employer branding initiatives.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
- Maintain employee records and prepare basic HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave records, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and ensure HR policy compliance.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
