Job Title: Structural Engineer

Industry: Pre-Engineered Building (PEB
We are looking for a skilled Structural Engineer to design, analyze, and develop structural systems for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB). The candidate will be responsible for structural calculations, design drawings, engineering coordination, and ensuring that designs comply with applicable codes and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare structural designs and calculations for PEB structures.
- Analyze structural components such as columns, rafters, beams, bracings, purlins, girts, and connections.
- Develop and review structural GA, fabrication, and erection drawings.
- Perform structural analysis using relevant engineering software.
- Check designs for strength, stability, serviceability, and safety.
- Prepare design calculations, reports, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with the Detailing, Estimation, Production, and Project teams.
- Review project specifications, architectural drawings, and design requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable IS Codes, international standards, and client specifications.
- Resolve technical/design-related issues during fabrication and erection.
- Review and approve design revisions based on project requirements.
- Support the engineering team in optimizing structural design and material consumption.
- Conduct design checks and ensure accuracy before releasing drawings for fabrication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering.
- Good knowledge of structural analysis and steel structure design.
- Experience in PEB / structural steel design will be preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant IS Codes and structural design standards.
- Good understanding of steel connections and structural detailing.
Software Skills
- STAAD.Pro / Tekla Structural Designer / ETABS or equivalent.
- AutoCAD.
- MS Office.
- Knowledge of Tekla Structures will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of structural steel design.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work within project deadlines.
Experience
Experience: 2–6 years in Structural / PEB Design preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
