Hiring: Senior UI/UX Designer – Salesforce

Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong experience in enterprise applications and Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate will design intuitive, accessible, and citizen-centric digital experiences while collaborating with government stakeholders, architects, developers, and Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design Salesforce-based applications, preferably Salesforce Lightning.
- Conduct UX workshops, journey mapping, design thinking, and user research.
- Create designs and prototypes using Figma.
- Facilitate workshops and journey mapping using Miro.
- Conduct usability testing using Maze, UserTesting, Hotjar, or similar tools.
- Translate complex government workflows into simple and accessible user experiences.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers and architects on design feasibility.
- Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI patterns.
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira and Confluence.
- Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 / Section 508 accessibility standards.
- Present design solutions and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma– Mandatory.
- Experience designing Salesforce applications; Salesforce Lightning preferred.
- Strong UX research, persona creation, journey mapping, and service design skills.
- Experience with Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
- Experience with usability testing tools such as Maze, UserTesting, or Hotjar.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with complex enterprise applications and distributed Agile teams.
Preferred Skills
- State Government / Public Sector experience.
- Salesforce Public Sector Solutions experience.
- Experience with large-scale CRM implementations.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 and Section 508.
- Experience with design systems and component-based UI architecture.
- Experience in consulting or professional services environments.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent.
