Job Title: HR Recruiter

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (Client Recruitment) for Manufacturing, Automobile & Sales roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
- Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding process
Key Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter & other technology platforms
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
Preferred Qualifications:
- BTech/MCA/BCA/BBA/MBA
- Experience in recruitment (2+ years mandatory)
- Exposure to niche hiring is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
