Location: Noida, Sector 63 (Work from Office)
Duration: 6 Months Internship
Stipend: ₹12,000/month + Attractive Performance Incentives
Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week
About the Role
HRJee is looking for enthusiastic and driven Pre-Sales Interns who are eager to build a career in SaaS Sales and Business Development. This internship offers hands-on experience in lead generation, client outreach, and sales operations, with an opportunity to secure a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and online research.
- Connect with prospective clients and introduce HRJee's HRMS solutions.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the Sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer data in CRM/Excel.
- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or completed BBA/MBA (Candidates from Delhi NCR preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in sales.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Must be available to attend an in-person interview and join immediately.
