About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled DSA Trainer / DSA Instructor to join our team at Bootcoding PVT. LTD. If you love solving complex coding problems and are eager to mentor the next generation of software developers, this role is for you. You will guide students from foundational concepts to advanced problem-solving, helping them crack interviews at top product-based companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Lectures: Teach core Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) concepts (Arrays, Linked Lists, Trees, Graphs, Dynamic Programming, Recursion, etc.) from scratch to advanced levels.
- Live Problem Solving: Conduct live coding sessions solving problems from platforms like LeetCode, CodeChef, HackerRank, and Codeforces.
- Doubt Resolution: Guide students in building logic, optimizing code (Time & Space complexity), and debugging their programs.
- Interview Prep: Conduct mock technical interviews and prepare students for FAANG-level hiring processes.
Requirements:
- Technical Expertise: Strong command over at least one programming language (C++, Java, or Python) along with deep knowledge of DSA.
- Problem-Solving Background: High rating or significant problem-solving count (e.g., 400+ problems solved) on LeetCode/CodeChef/HackerRank is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Ability to break down complex algorithmic logic into simple, easy-to-understand explanations for students.
- Prior Experience: Previous experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting bootcamps is a big plus (Freshers with exceptional coding skills are also welcome).
