Role Summary
Responsible for managing warehouse, D2C inventory, UniCommerce, order processing, dispatch and logistics operations while ensuring stock accuracy and timely fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage UniCommerce for order processing, inventory and dispatch.
- Monitor D2C stock, inward/outward movement and stock reconciliation.
- Handle warehouse operations including picking, packing, dispatch and returns.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely deliveries, RTOs and NDRs.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS and reports.
- Use MS Excel/Google Sheets for inventory tracking, reconciliation and analysis.
- Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, D2C or E-commerce Operations.
- Hands-on experience with UniCommerce or similar OMS/WMS.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and reporting.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Should be comfortable working in a pet friendly environment
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
