Role Summary:
As an SDR, you are the first voice a US business owner hears from us. You will work with lead data provided by the company, research and prioritise prospects, make high-volume outbound cold calls to US-based service businesses, deliver a sharp and confident pitch, handle objections on the spot, and book qualified product demos for our Solutions Consultants. Your single most important outcome: demos booked and attended.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis — Analyse and prioritise the lead data provided before calling — understand the business type, size, location, and likely pain points, so every call is informed, not blind.
- Cold calling — Make consistent, high-volume outbound cold calls to US prospects during the shift, following the Incoko cold call playbook while adapting naturally to each conversation.
- Pitching — Clearly communicate company’s value to customer in language a small business owner instantly understands.
- Objection handling — Think on your feet: handle objections, redirect hang-up attempts, Navigate Gatekeeper (Assistant and Receptionist) and turn a ‘not interested’ into a conversation, without sounding scripted.
- Demo booking — Book product demos into the Solutions Consultants’ calendars, send confirmations, and run reminder follow-ups so booked demos show up.
- CRM hygiene — Log every call outcome, disposition, and next step accurately in the CRM; maintain clean pipeline data.
- Feedback loop — Share on-ground insights — common objections, competitor mentions, pain points — with the shift lead and CSM team.
Must-Have Requirements:
- English — Excellent spoken English — fluent, confident, and clear with a neutral accent; you will speak exclusively with US customers.
- Presence of mind — Sharp presence of mind — the ability to listen, think, and respond in real time; quick, intelligent handling of unexpected questions and objections.
- High energy, resilience, and a thick skin — comfortable with rejection
- Willingness to work the night shift from our Gurugram office.
- Prior experience in international voice process, B2B SaaS sales, or outbound lead generation.
- Basic computer proficiency — CRM usage, Google Workspace, and dialler tools (training provided).
Key Performance Indicators:
- Daily dials and connect rate.
- Qualified demos booked per week.
- Demo show-up rate (bookings that actually attend).
