Position: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Roles & Responsibilities:
✓ Manage recruitment, interview coordination & onboarding process
✓ Handle employee attendance, leave management & HR records
✓ Support payroll activities and HR documentation
✓ Coordinate employee relations and workplace communication
✓ Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
✓ Organize employee engagement and welfare activities
Preferred Candidate Profile:
✓ MBA HR / Degree qualification preferred
✓ Good communication and coordination skills
✓ Knowledge of MS Office & HR systems
✓ Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow
✓ Experience in HR activities will be an added advantage
