Job description:
West Coast Frozen Foods Pvt Ltd is looking for production supervisor.
- Maintain SOP for Cold store.
- Decide/control production speed and priorities in consultation with Production Manager
- Coordinate with Receiving, grading and Post freezing supervisor for the fastest possible production flow
- Ensure the product packing are meeting company specifications time to time (Count, weight, layering, duplex, coding etc)
- Ensure correct accounting of slabs and Production report
- Ensure correct traceability of product
- Train new workers in the line in each area of operations (Sorting, weighing, setting, glaze addition etc)
- Ensure colour codes are strictly following
- Ensure correct count and fill weight
- Ensure proper handling after layering /glazing /transfer to trolley/freezer
