About Trycone
Trycone is an established Indian beauty and cosmetics brand with 8 years of market presence. We sell across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, our own website, and a growing distributor-retailer network across India.
As we expand our online and offline presence, we are looking for a Content, Marketplace & Growth Executive to support content creation, creator collaborations, marketplace visibility, and digital growth initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content
- Plan and execute Instagram content calendars
- Create and publish reels, stories, and carousel posts
- Design creatives using Canva
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar tools
- Monitor content performance and engagement
Creator & UGC Management
- Identify and reach out to UGC creators and influencers
- Coordinate product shipments and collaborations
- Maintain creator databases and follow-up schedules
- Collect and organize creator content assets
Community Management
- Respond to Instagram comments and messages
- Engage with followers and customers
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews
Marketplace Support
- Assist with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and website content requirements
- Support listing creatives, promotional banners and campaign assets
- Monitor product reviews and customer feedback
- Track competitor activity and marketplace trends
Growth & Marketing Support
- Assist with Meta Ads and content boosting
- Support digital marketing initiatives
- Track content and campaign performance
- Prepare basic reports and insights
Required SkillsMust Have
- Canva
- CapCut or similar video editing tools
- Instagram content creation
- Good written and verbal communication
- Basic understanding of social media marketing
- Strong organizational skills
