*Job Summary*
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students
regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission processes. The candidate should possess strong
communication and counseling skills with the ability to achieve admission targets.
*Key Responsibilities*
Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities
Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and online leads
Explain course details, fees, and placement support
Follow up with prospective students for admission conversion
Maintain lead database and daily follow-up reports
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Coordinate with the academic and placement team for smooth student support
Conduct promotional and outreach activities when required
*Requirements*
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Tele calling, or B2C Sales
Strong communication and convincing skills
Ability to work on targets and follow-up processes
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
