Job Title: Project Manager (MEP)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager – MEP to lead and manage large-scale MEP projects across commercial, residential, hospitality, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent client management skills, and proven experience in handling complete MEP project execution from planning to project handover.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Manage complete MEP project execution from planning to handover
- Ensure project completion within timeline, budget, and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical and execution issues
Client Management
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and consultants
- Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates
- Handle client requirements, approvals, and coordination effectively
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Technical & Execution
- Strong knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and related MEP systems
- Review drawings, BOQ, specifications, and technical submittals
- Identify and resolve technical challenges at site
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
Team Management
- Lead and manage project engineers, supervisors, and site staff
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance
- Ensure proper coordination between departments
- Motivate and guide teams for successful project delivery
Planning & Coordination
- Prepare project schedules and monitor project progress
- Coordinate material procurement and manpower planning
- Ensure smooth workflow between site and management teams
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
Experience
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in MEP projects
- Proven experience in handling large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, or industrial projects
- Strong experience in complete MEP execution, coordination, and client management
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strong technical and practical knowledge in MEP works
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams
- Excellent problem-solving and project coordination skills
Qualifications
- B.Tech / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Additional certifications in Project Management will be an added advantage
