We are looking for a responsible and vigilant Watchman/Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our restaurant premises, employees, guests, and assets. The ideal candidate will monitor entry and exit points, maintain security records, and assist in creating a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and secure the restaurant premises during assigned shifts.
- Control entry and exit of employees, vendors, and visitors.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises and report any suspicious activities.
- Maintain visitor and delivery logs.
- Assist in managing vehicle movement and parking, if required.
- Monitor CCTV systems and report any security concerns.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or safety hazards.
- Ensure that all doors, gates, and access points are properly secured.
- Coordinate with management regarding security-related matters.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Security Guard, Watchman, or similar role preferred.
- Basic understanding of security procedures and safety practices.
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Honest, reliable, and disciplined.
Experience: 0–3 years
