Qualification: B.com, M.com, Finance, or a related field.

Job Description:
- Prepare and review Statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA) for Financial Advisors.
- Conduct detailed research on investment products, strategies and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Financial Advisors to implement risk management, tax planning and wealth-building strategies for clients.
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles in financial planning software.
- Liaise regularly with Financial Advisors and service providers to gather necessary information.
- Provide training and mentorship to Junior Paraplanners and Assistant Paraplanners.
- Assist in troubleshooting complex financial planning tasks and resolving issues.
