Additional Parameters:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of the company's assets, including fixed assets, investments, and inventory
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of asset records
- Monitor and track asset depreciation and prepare reports for management
- Work closely with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper tracking and recording of asset transactions
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for asset management to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and process improvements related to asset management
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in asset management to continuously improve processes and procedures
- Assist with special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Work Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field.

Experience: 5+ years in accounting or asset management, preferably in retail or manufacturing industries.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and fixed asset modules.
