Work Days: 6 Days
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, and networking systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware & software issues
- Resolve internet, email, login, and system-related problems
- Maintain office IT systems and infrastructure
- Coordinate with vendors for IT repairs and maintenance
- Handle system updates, antivirus, and basic data backup
- Support employees with day-to-day technical issues
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support
- Knowledge of hardware, networking, Windows OS, printers, and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and system configuration
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in CCTV, biometric systems, or networking support is an added advantage
- Familiarity with MS Office and email configuration
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Adyar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
