Minimum 3-5 years of experience in NOC Operations
Exposure towards Monitoring Third Party Network tools like Zabbix
Must have good hand-on on Service Now ticketing tool
Cloud services based monitoring for Client environment
ITIL Certification (Mandatory) along with other Technical Certifications (If Any)
Communication tools like MS Teams(chat support, P1/P2 call support)
P1/P2 Issue handling skill(Incident Management)
L1 Call support(Client call handling)
Must have good hand-on on Service Now ticketing tool, monitoring and reporting
Monitor the Database jobs and escalate internally in abnormalities found
Exposure towards power automation desktop(desired)
Knowledge on any RPA tool like Automation anywhere(desired)
Cloud services based monitoring for Client environment to understand alerts on cloud platforms, database and network related.
Good knowledge on generating excel/SNOW reports
