Job Title: Ed-Tech Sales Team Leader

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Ed-Tech Sales Team Leader to lead a team of sales executives, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base in the education sector. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for education, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive customer acquisition
- Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Handle escalations and close high-value deals
- Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion rates
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team productivity and performance
- Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts
- Ensure excellent customer experience for students, parents, or institutions
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Ability to analyse sales data and optimize strategies
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 3–7 years of experience in sales (Ed-Tech/SaaS preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in team handling
