What You’ll Do:
- Inspire & Educate: Lead engaging sessions in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Revit, and other cutting-edge Civil CADD software.
- Project-Based Mentorship: Guide students through real-world architectural and structural projects to make them "industry-ready."
- Career Coaching: Help students build confidence for interviews and review their design portfolios.
- Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve by upskilling in new software modules as the industry evolves.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Education: BE / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Software Skills: Strong foundation in AutoCAD and Revit (Civil). Knowledge of 3DS Max or Staad.Pro is a huge plus.
- Communication: Fluent in Tamil (to connect with students) and basic English.
- Location: Must be based in or around Erode.
- Mindset: A "people person" who enjoys explaining complex concepts in simple ways.
