- New Lead Conversion: Call new customers who register on the website, inquire about products, or abandon their shopping carts to assist them in completing their purchases.
- Relationship Management: Follow up diligently with high-value leads, interior designers, and architects via phone calls and WhatsApp to secure recurring orders.
- Deal Closure: Share custom quotes, handle pricing or shipping queries, and guide customers smoothly through our custom website checkout process.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or e-commerce customer support (experience in home decor, lighting, or luxury retail is a big plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi to confidently pitch to premium clients.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
