Production Planning
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Release production schedules as per customer delivery commitments.
- Monitor production progress and update planning status regularly.
- Track machine-wise and project-wise manufacturing activities.
Material Planning
- Review BOMs received from the Design Department.
- Prepare material requirement plans based on production schedules.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Stores for material availability.
- Monitor shortages, pending purchase orders, and critical materials.
Project Monitoring & Follow-up
- Follow up with Design, Purchase, Production, Quality, and Stores departments for project execution.
- Maintain project tracking sheets and progress reports.
- Identify delays and escalate concerns to the PPC Manager.
- Ensure timely completion of manufacturing milestones.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Attend production review meetings and update action points.
- Communicate project status and delivery schedules to management.
ERP & Documentation
- Update production plans and project status in ERP software.
- Maintain planning records, work orders, and MIS reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports.
- Ensure accuracy of planning and production data.
Dispatch Planning
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and Stores for dispatch readiness.
- Monitor project completion and dispatch schedules.
- Ensure documentation is completed before dispatch.
Qualification
- Diploma / BE Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
Experience
- 3-7 years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC).
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Machinery Manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of Injectable, Vial, Ampoule, Liquid Filling, Packaging, and Processing Machinery will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
