Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Admin Executive to support day-to-day administrative activities and office operations. The ideal candidate should possess good communication and coordination skills, be willing to learn, and have an interest in administration, travel coordination, and documentation management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in visa processing and documentation for employees traveling overseas.
- Stay updated with the latest visa rules, immigration policies, and travel regulations.
- Research official websites and portals to track updated visa requirements and travel guidelines.
- Coordinate domestic and international ticket bookings, hotel reservations, and travel itineraries.
- Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors for smooth travel arrangements.
- Raise and track IT support tickets and follow up until resolution.
- Maintain and organize office documents, records, and administrative files.
- Manage day-to-day office requirements such as stationery, office supplies, and pantry items.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and operational needs.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and timely document updates.
- Support administration-related activities and assist various departments as required.
- Handle courier, logistics, and other office coordination activities.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Good internet research and browsing skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Attention to detail and good documentation skills.
- Multilingual communication skills will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Graduate.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with prior internship or administrative experience will have an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
