Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month, up to ₹45,000 for strong candidates

Must-have: Hands-on SaaS product knowledge / SaaS business workflow experience
Booktara.com is looking for a Program Manager to manage SaaS product and business operations from planning to execution. The role requires strong coordination with product, tech, sales, marketing, support, and leadership teams to track milestones, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, task trackers, reports, and dashboards
- Coordinate with internal teams and follow up on pending tasks
- Support SaaS workflows including onboarding, customer journey, retention, and product operations
- Identify risks, delays, and process gaps with clear action plans
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress updates for management
Required Skills:
- SaaS product/business workflow knowledge is mandatory
- Program/project coordination experience
- Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills
- Good English communication; Tamil is an added advantage
- Experience with Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, CRM, helpdesk, or project tools preferred
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
