Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical CFA professional with 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis and financial modeling. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, expertise in financial forecasting, valuation techniques, and business analysis, with the capability to support strategic decision-making through accurate financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
- Conduct financial analysis, ratio analysis, and performance assessments.
- Prepare valuation models including DCF, comparable company analysis, and scenario analysis.
- Analyze financial statements and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Assist in preparing investment reports, MIS reports, and presentations for management.
- Support strategic planning and business decision-making with data-driven insights.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to assess business opportunities.
- Monitor key financial metrics and prepare periodic reports.
- Work closely with management and cross-functional teams on financial projects.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- CFA (completed or pursuing preferred).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or investment-related roles.
- Strong expertise in Financial Modeling and Financial Statement Analysis.
- Hands-on experience with valuation methods (DCF, forecasting, budgeting, sensitivity analysis).
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail with excellent communication abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, or equity research.
- Knowledge of Power BI, advanced Excel functions, or financial software tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
