About the Role
Chocovic is looking for a highly creative and experienced Design Head to lead our Packaging Design and Print Production team. We are seeking a professional who has deep expertise in Packaging Design, CorelDRAW, Printing Processes, and Team Management and can transform concepts into premium, market-ready packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Graphic Design team and oversee daily creative operations
- Create and supervise premium packaging designs, gift boxes, cartons, labels, sleeves, and branding materials
- Develop print-ready artworks with accurate die-lines, bleed settings, color management, and finishing specifications
- Coordinate closely with production, marketing, and printing vendors for smooth execution
- Review and approve final artworks before production and printing
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all packaging and marketing collateral
- Mentor and guide designers to improve creativity, efficiency, and output quality
Required Skills & Experience
✔ 5+ years of experience in Packaging Design and Print Production
✔ Strong expertise in CorelDRAW (Mandatory)
✔ Excellent knowledge of packaging structures, die-lines, color separations, printing techniques, and finishing processes
✔ Experience handling printing vendors and production coordination
✔ Proven leadership experience in managing a design team
